Refund policy

Returns
Since our files are digital, there is no way to prove that you returned the files. unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, you can contact us and tell us what is the problem with the file, if you have a valid reason, we will refund the cost.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital goods such as logos, cannot be returned.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pixellogo.com
