Eurostar, the high speed train service through the channel tunnel linking London, Paris and Brussels, is re-branding the service to reflect their recent expansion.
The original logo (designed by Minale Tattersfield) represented the original three cities and formed the letter ‘E’.
The re-brand managed by UK design agency SomeOne has removed the three lines and replaced them with a single line, allowing the logo-mark to expand it's meaning. The font has been altered with the logo-mark set as lower-case against an upper-case word-mark. The gradients on the logo-mark give it a much more modern and approachable look and feel.
