David Marsh is a british artist with a soft spot for album covers. These particular pieces focus on pixelated versions of different covers but with a small twist that will make any fellow designer smile. Even though the pixelated images made out of colour tiles have been going on for quite some time, this time Marsh decided that instead of putting only the correspondent colour, he actually took the whole Pantone box as the pixel itself. Now I'm thinking of how a real life poster would look like with actual Pantone swatches put together.. Brilliant work! And how many of these covers can you recognize?
