Finally winter is over (at least by our calendars) and the thought of beaches and everything sunny is finally coming closer to being a reality. We've already seen a tribute to the winter in the form of snow drawings but this time let's see the opposite side: beach sand drawings! Most of you have probably had their chance to draw on sand, but Andres Amador takes it to the next level. Very much like the snow drawings, the focus is on abstract patterns that cover the surface and interact with their surroundings (sort of like the hand henna tattoos or zen gardens). He sketches during full moons when his canvas is at its biggest potential, giving more space for the designs, although they are only temporal. The beauty of it all resides in that aspect: every day is a clean canvas to start all over again. Amazing work really!
