Ecko Unlimited is offering its most hardcore fans a weird (and genius marketing) deal. Designer Mark Ecko has guaranteed a lifetime 20% discount on any Ecko products. The catch? You have to get yourself tattooed with the company logo.

The company states that the "tattoo must be permanent, not temporary" and that it "cannot be combined with any other offers."

New Morphing Logo for Science Channel

Discovery has recently rebranded the Science Channel. The channel will now be known as SCIENCE. Along with the re-branding comes an interesting approach to a logo - the new Science logo undulates and morphs constantly.

The network said the new logo which is actually called "Morph" is "inspired by the constant transformation of energy and passion for exploring the unknown."

Jay-Z Sued For Trademark Infringement Over Logo

Jay-Z's company Roc Nation is being sued by Volcom for trademark infringement over its diamond-shaped logo.

Volcom, a Costa Mesa-based clothing manufacturer that specialized in streetwear and accessories, is claiming that Roc Nation’s logo bears too close a resemblance to its own diamond symbol, a logo they've used since 1991. In the details of the lawsuit, Volcom said it has been asking Roc Nation to cease using the logo since it debuted in 2009, but has been completely ignored.
